Reuben Skillet

  • 1  Can  CORNED BEEF HASH
  • 20  Pieces  Eggs
  • 30  Ounces  Saurkraut
  • 10  Pieces  Swiss Cheese, sliced
  • 20  Ounces  Thuosand Island Dressing

Directions

Portion out 5 oz of CORNED BEEF HASH and grill until crispy. Cut 1 slice of Swiss cheese into 2 triangles and layer over hash, followed by 3 oz. of sauerkraut. Drizzle 2 oz of Thousand Island Dressing over top and serve with eggs and rye toast.
