Breakfast Pita Pocket

  • 1  Can  CORNED BEEF HASH
  • 2  Cups  Green Peppers, chopped
  • 50  Ounces  Liquid Eggs
  • 28  Pieces  Pita Bread
  • 2  Cups  Red Peppers, chopped

Directions

Prep pita pockets by cutting them in half and opening. Begin frying CORNED BEEF HASH. Add in liquid eggs, peppers, salt and pepper to tast. Scramble until eggs are cooked. Portion 8 ounces into pita pocket with cheese.

Serving Size: 1 half sandwich
