Sausage Gravy Scramble

  • 1  Can  VANEE COUNTRY STYLE SAUSAGE GRAVY
  • 6  Pounds  Diced Potatoes
  • 32  Pieces  Fresh Eggs
  • 4  Cups  Green and Red Bell Peppers, diced
  • 1  Cup  Onion, sliced

Directions

Lightly beat 3 eggs in large mixing bowl. Begin by browning 1 cup of potatoes in oil. Add peppers and onion. When vegetables are soft, stir in egg mixture and scramble. Plate and ladle on 2 ounces of VANEE COUNTRY STYLE SAUSAGE GRAVY.
