Meat ’n Potatoes Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Can VANEE ROASTED BEEF GRAVY
  • 1 Can CUBED BEEF IN BROTH
  • 3 Cups Carrots, coin sliced
  • 1 Cup Fresh Chopped Chives
  • 8 Cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 16 Pieces Texas Toast

Directions

Combine VANEE ROASTED BEEF GRAVY, CUBED BEEF IN BROTH and carrots in a small sauce pan. Heat to 170 degrees. Pour mixture over Texas toast. Add 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped chives.
