Two Pound Chili Cheese Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 Can CHILI WITH BEANS
  • 3 Pounds cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 Pounds frozen french fries
  • 1 Cup tomatoes, diced

Directions

Prepare French fries according to directions. Heat CHILI WITH BEANS in a large pot. Portion 10 oz. of fries onto a baking sheet and cover with 8 oz of chili and 4 oz of shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with tomatoes. Broil until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley and serve with a side of sour cream.
