
Sausage Gravy Scramble
Ingredients
- 1 Can VANEE COUNTRY STYLE SAUSAGE GRAVY
- 6 Pounds Diced Potatoes
- 32 Pieces Fresh Eggs
- 4 Cups Green and Red Bell Peppers, diced
- 1 Cup Onion, sliced
Directions
Lightly beat 3 eggs in large mixing bowl. Begin by browning 1 cup of potatoes in oil. Add peppers and onion. When vegetables are soft, stir in egg mixture and scramble. Plate and ladle on 2 ounces of VANEE COUNTRY STYLE SAUSAGE GRAVY.
