Beef & Bean Burritos
Ingredients
- 1 Can CUBED BEEF IN BROTH
- 2 Cups Black Beans
- 2 Cups Green and Red Bell Peppers, sliced and s
- 2 Cups Salsa
- 2 Cups Spanish Rice
Directions
Combine rice, beans, CUBED BEEF IN BROTH, salsa, and peppers. Mix thoroughly and heat in large baking pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Lay tortilla on flat surface and spoon 4 oz. of filling onto center of tortilla. Fold in sides, roll up and serve.
