Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 1 Can DELUXE PULLED CHICKEN
- 1 Pound Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
- 2 Quarts Enchilada Sauce
- 2 Cups Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 2 Cups Onions, Diced
- 50 Pieces Tortillas
Directions
Mix DELUXE PULLED CHICKEN, monterrey jack, cheddar cheese, onions, and cilantro thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Fill with 3 ounces of filling, roll up and place seam side down in baking pan. Cover with sauce and bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
