Pork Carnitas
Ingredients
- 1 Can PULLED PORK
- 2 Tablespoons Black Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Cracked Oregano
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 1 Piece Large Orange
- ¼ Cup Paprika
- 2 Teaspoons White Pepper
Directions
Spice Blend: Mix all spices in an airtight container. Mix 1 Tablespoon of Spice Blend per can (3 lbs) of PULLED PORK. Cut orange into quarters and bake with PULLED PORK in a foil half pan for approximately 25 minutes at 425 degrees F.
