Turkey Tetrazzini

Ingredients

  • 1 (16oz) box Rigatoni Pasta, prepared

  • 1 can Vanee Roasted Turkey Gravy

  • 4 Tbsp Butter

  • 3 cups Sliced Mushrooms

  • 1 cup Onion, finely diced

  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper, finely diced

  • 8 oz. Frozen Peas

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire

  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • 4 cups Cooked Turkey, diced

     

  • Grated Parmesan, for garnish

Directions

Place the butter in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and sauté for 8–10 minutes, then add the turkey gravy to the pot. Stir and heat to a simmer, cook 10–15 minutes, then add the shredded cheese slowly and stir until the cheese has melted. Add the salt, thyme, and pepper, and stir. Add the peas and the diced turkey and continue to heat for 8–10 minutes. Fold in the cooked pasta and mix. Place the mixture in a large baking pan, sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan, and bake in a 375°F oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the is lightly brown and bubbly.
