
Collard Greens
Ingredients
- 3 Cups VANEE CHICKEN BROTH
- ¼ Cup Ham Shanks in Natural Juices
- 1 Tablespoon Bacon Fat
- ½ Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Pound Collard Greens (fresh)
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook approximately 30 minutes, or until the greens are tender.
