Black Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Can VANEE CHICKEN BROTH
- 4 Cans Black Beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
- ½ Cup Diced Carrots
- ½ Cup Diced Celery
- 1 Cup Diced Onion
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
Directions
Place onions, carrots, celery, and cumin into a medium size soup pot. Add the VANEE CHICKEN BROTH, diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil and reduce to low heat. Add the beans and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Puree the soup using a hand-held food processor or food blender.
