
Chicken Tortilla Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Can DELUXE PULLED CHICKEN
- 1 Can VANEE CHICKEN BROTH
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin, ground
- 1 Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes, diced (28 oz)
- 1 Can Green Chilies, diced (4 oz)
- ½ Cup Onion, diced
- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (15 oz)
Directions
In large pot, add VANEE CHICKEN BROTH, DELUXE PULLED CHICKEN, shredded. Then add onion, green chilies, corn, tomatoes, and cumin. Simmer for approximately 30 minutes. Suggested toppings: shredded cheese and tortilla strips if desired.
