Ingredients
BUFFALO MAC & CHEESE
- 3 lbs. Macaroni (dry), prepared according to directions
- Buffalo Cheese Sauce Recipe / Preheat oven 350 bake 40-45 minutes
- 1 bag Vanee Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix
- 1 cup Vanee Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 cup Green Onions, diced
BURGER BUILD
- 20 Burger Patties
- 20 Hamburger Buns
- 20 Tomato Slices
- 20 Pepper Jack slices
- 20 Jalapeño Poppers
- 20 #12 scoops Prepared Buffalo Mac & Cheese
- 20 #12 scoops Vanee Deluxe Pulled Pork
Directions
Buffalo Mac & Cheese :
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare the Vanee Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix according to package directions (replacing one cup of water with one cup of Vanee Buffalo Wing Sauce) add remaining ingredients, and heat according to directions. Next, divide the cooked macaroni into several half pans (approx. 6 cups of macaroni per pan), pour in 1 quart of the cheese sauce and mix to blend. Top off pans with additional shredded cheese and bake for 40–45 minutes.
Burger assembly:
- Bottom half of bun
- Tomato slice
- Cooked burger patty
- Slice of pepper jack cheese
- #12 scoop of Buffalo Mac & Cheese
- #12 scoop of pulled pork
- Bun lid
- Top with jalapeño popper
