
Cream of Chicken Wild Rice
Ingredients
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Cup Carrots, diced
- 1 Cup Celery, diced
- 1 Pound Chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 Can Milk
- 1 Can Mushrooms, sliced (6oz drained)
- ½ Cup Onions, Diced
- 3 Cups Wild Rice, cooked
Directions
In a large sauce pot, saute onions, carrots, and celery for 5 to 7 minutes until soft. Add Cream of Chicken Soup and 50 ounces of milk. Heat to 165 degrees. Add cooked rice and chicken. Simmer an additional 5 minutes. Season to taste.
