French Onion Soup
Ingredients
- 2 Cans VANEE BEEF BROTH
- ½ Can Caramelized Style Onions
- 22 Pieces Baguette, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 22 Pieces Swiss Cheese, sliced
Directions
In a large soup pot, slowly bring VANEE BEEF BROTH to a boil. Add flour and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add Caramelized Style Onions. Simmer 30 minutes. Portion 8 ounces into oven-safe bowl and top with baguette slice and Swiss. Broil until cheese is golden.
