Tomato Florentine

Ingredients

  • 1 Can TOMATO SOUP
  • 1 Piece Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1 Cup Onions, Diced
  • 2 Teaspoons Oregano, cracked
  • 5 Ounces Spinach, chopped
  • 2 Cans Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Can Water

Directions

In a large sauce pan, saute onions and garlic for 3 to 5 minutes. Add TOMATO SOUP and one can of water. Simmer over low heat, stirring often. Add oregano, spinach, and diced tomatoes and heat to 160 degrees.
