Tomato Florentine
Ingredients
- 1 Can TOMATO SOUP
- 1 Piece Garlic Clove, minced
- 1 Cup Onions, Diced
- 2 Teaspoons Oregano, cracked
- 5 Ounces Spinach, chopped
- 2 Cans Tomatoes, diced
- 1 Can Water
Directions
In a large sauce pan, saute onions and garlic for 3 to 5 minutes. Add TOMATO SOUP and one can of water. Simmer over low heat, stirring often. Add oregano, spinach, and diced tomatoes and heat to 160 degrees.
